Overview
This was a new build 12,000 square-foot store, in the centre of Winchburgh, and one of the larger projects completed by our team in 2024.
We led the project from construction stage and through the harsh Scottish winter, all the way to completion and opening. The store was carefully designed and fitted out to suit the needs of local customers, and to be a best 'in neighbourhood' one-stop shop offering a bespoke range of products to enable customers to complete a weekly shop without having to travel further afield.
The store included more than 100 dedicated parking spaces, an in-store Argos Click & Collect service, and Habitat and Tu clothing under one roof.
